We were at the hilliard location and had to search a portable storage for a friends things. Brad was working and he assisted us with our search. He was super nice and helpful he went way above and beyond to help us. We greatly appreciate his assistance. I recommend Zippy Shell because of their customer service.

Couldn’t ask for a more friendly, efficient and zippy service! I had a nightmare experience setting up another moving company until my employer selected Zippy Shell. Coordination was a breeze, they were punctual and they wrapped/packaged everything with care.

I used Zippy Shell Columbus two years ago to move from Columbus to Cincinnati. I was so happy with the move that when it came time to move from Cincinnati to Cleveland I did not hesitate to call Dave. My second move went as smoothly as the first. This time I also contracted with them for labor to help load. My 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 5th floor apartment was emptied and loaded on the truck in 90 minutes. Brad drove the truck and loaded, with Joey as extra muscle. They we very careful, professional and went right to work. They were friendly certainly, but did not waste time with chit chat or taking breaks. The next day Brad arrived in Cleveland and helped me unload in 60 minutes! Again, careful and professional all the way. No breakage or damage to anything! I appreciate the guidance Dave provides in setting up a move. He is fast and responsive in communications all the way through. Outstanding service! I hope I don't move again soon, but if I did, I'd definitely call them again.

Our customer service experience with Dave Rothman and Zippy Shell Columbus was phenomenal. Dave spent extra time explaining how their system works and gave us lots of helpful tips for loading their Shells. Dave was always available and even helped deliver a last minute additional Shell on a very busy day for him!! Highly recommend for any storage or moving needs!!

Excellent customer service! They have more than flexible to ensure my move went smoothly. Brad delivered and picked up our portable storage units. He was very professional and and timely. More than impressed with his driving and delivery skills. I would not hesitate to use or recommend them for future moves.

Dave and his team were awesome!  They helped me move furniture into my new spa space and I'm so glad I chose them to do it!  I had several large and heavy pieces of furniture.  They were organized, efficient and took care of every piece as if it was their own furniture. I highly recommend them and will use them again!
